How much money goes to charity?
We donate 100% of profits to support those in need. The Real Guys (TRG) was founded with a mission to create real change beyond just donating or protesting. All profits, after covering essential costs like production, shipping, and marketing, go directly to charitable causes.
As TRG grows, there may be changes, such as hiring additional staff. Any updates affecting our donation commitment will be shared transparently on our social media and website.
Which charities do you support and how are donations made?
Our profits are donated to reputable organizations providing relief in Palestine:
MAP - Medical Aid for Palestinians: works for a future where every Palestinian has access to a comprehensive, effective and locally-led system of healthcare, and the full realisation of their rights to health and dignity.
Al-Qulub Trust:
A grassroots UK-registered charity working directly on the ground in Gaza. We chose to partner with Al-Qulub because they provide fast, transparent, and targeted relief to Palestinian families through a trusted local network. With their support, TRG has already:
– Delivered over 30,000 litres of clean drinking water
– Funded 700+ rice meals for displaced families
– Sponsored a full Eid funday for children living under siege
Our aim is to continue working with on-the-ground partners who can deliver immediate and lasting impact. If we find other organizations that align with our mission, we may adjust our donations accordingly. All updates will be shared via our social media and website.
How do I know my contribution is making an impact?
We provide regular updates on how your contributions are making a difference, including detailed reports on donations and their impact. Follow our journey on our website and social media channels.

Is it possible to volunteer or contribute to TRG in other ways?

How do I choose the right size?
Our jerseys are designed to match the standard fit of popular football brands like Puma, Nike, and Adidas:
• For Men: Select the size you usually wear in men's football jerseys.
• For Women: Since the jerseys are based on men's sizing, we recommend ordering one size up from your usual size for the best fit.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once shipped, UK orders typically arrive within 2-3 business days via Royal Mail 48 tracked service. You will receive tracking details to monitor your delivery.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at enquiries@therealguys.com. Once your order has been processed or shipped, changes may not be possible.
Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, and Europe using fully tracked delivery.
This now includes Jersey, Guernsey, and the Channel Islands.
Orders are processed and dispatched from the UK, and you’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is on the way.
Delivery times:
• UK – 48-hour delivery
• US & Europe – 3 to 7 working days on average
If you’re outside these regions and would like to place an order, feel free to contact us. We’ll do our best to help.
Are there any other costs besides the listed price?
For UK customers, the listed price includes VAT. Shipping costs are added at checkout, and there are no hidden fees.
What is your return policy?
We don’t encourage returns, as we try to make our sizing and product details as clear as possible. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please email enquiries@therealguys.com within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn and in their original condition.
Please note: We’re a small team and unable to manage returns via Instagram DMs. All return queries must come through email. Each case will be reviewed individually, and we’ll do our best to help.
Do your prices include tax for European customers?
Yes, all our product prices include VAT for EU countries under the IOSS (Import One-Stop Shop) scheme. This means you won’t need to pay any extra VAT or handling fees when your order arrives - the price you see at checkout is the final price.
There are a few exceptions. If you're in Europe but not part of the EU VAT zone, your local customs may still charge VAT or handling fees.
This may apply to countries like:
Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Albania, Andorra, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, San Marino, Serbia, Ukraine, and Vatican City.

Do your prices include duties for USA customers?
Yes. All duties and taxes are already included in the price, there are no extra fees on delivery.
