Medical Aid for Palestinians (MAP) providing life-saving medical care, mental health support, and emergency relief to Palestinians.

Al-Qulub Trust delivering food parcels, clean water, hygiene kits, and emergency relief directly to those most in need.

In the past we have also donated to UNRWA and PIMA. We continuously assess where funds are needed most to ensure every purchase reaches the people who need it.

It depends on where you are ordering from. Here is a full breakdown:

United Kingdom - No customs charges. VAT is included in your price.

European Union (all 27 countries) - VAT is collected at checkout via the IOSS scheme, so no surprise fees on delivery. Please note that from July 2026 a small EU customs fee of approximately €3 per parcel will apply to all imports. This is a new EU-wide rule outside of our control.

GCC (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) - All duties and import charges are covered. The price you see is the price you pay.

USA - Fully covered. No hidden fees, no surprise charges on delivery.

Australia - No customs charges apply.

Canada - Import duties are not covered and may be charged by Canadian customs on delivery. We recommend checking your local import rates before ordering.

Switzerland, Norway and Iceland - These countries are not part of the EU customs area, so local import charges may apply on delivery.

Everywhere else - Local customs charges may apply depending on your country's import rules.

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48. International orders are sent via express tracked courier services. If you haven't received tracking details within 3 business days of ordering, please contact us at enquiries@therealguys.com.

We offer a 30-day returns and exchanges policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, contact us within 30 days of receiving it and we'll make it right. Items must be unworn and in their original condition.
